Work it out!


Baju nikah dah siap!
YEY!
it was ok since baju kurung moden je pun kan?

ngam2 badan je kak lina buatkan baju ni tau.
Tapi yg tak bestnye, apesal kat pinggang ade terasa nak ketat n sikit terbonjol??!!!
OH TIDAKKKK!!!!!
Sape suh g tempah baju nikah awal2??
huhu T-T

Kena bertindak cepat nih,
sebaek 2months to go
so skang kurangkan portion nasi laaagi kurang,
dan wat hundreds and leg-up (my version of sit-up) baaanyak2.

Actually saya pengamal pilates tapi sekarang ni dah makin jarang dapat buat full pilates punye body workout.(Suke instructor Ana Caban)

Seriously kalau buat hundreds and leg-up ni instantly boleh rasa otot perut tu mengecut dan mengeras (a day after la biasanye dah boleh rasa) which is petanda die nak stat kurangkan lebihan2 lemak gebu di situ =P.

So share sikit bawah ni hundreds


Modified hundred: How to do it
Lie faceup, legs raised, knees bent 90 degrees. Inhale, then exhale, lifting head and shoulders off mat, arms extended at shoulder height, palms down (as shown). Inhale as you pump arms up and down five times, then exhale and pump five more times. Do 10 times, for 100 pumps.

Utk leg-up ni sebenarnye sendiri bagi nama =P
Kalau si-up kite kena still-kan kaki dan angkat kepala n bahu kan?
Tapi nak lagi senang n taknak bagi sakit pinggang, modified sit-up dgn cara
..bahu n kepala still di pembaringan tapi luruskan kaki dan try to angkat kaki tu (yg dlm keadaan lurus) sampai 45darjah from lantai.Try it, confirm seksa gak nak mengangkat, kalau tak seksa tu means terror dah otot perut =D.

Gunakan otot perut ye semasa angkat kaki tu!
ni pun dapat idea dpd pilates movements yg selalu duk buat tu.

2-3hari lepas buat dan sampai sekarang nk gelak kena cover sket sbb otot perut dah stat nak mengeraskan diri.
